SILENT HILL: Townfall Editions, Price and Bonuses
Compare SILENT HILL: Townfall Standard and Deluxe editions, US prices, the Deluxe Bonus Application, 48-hour early access, CRTV cosmetics and Steelbook status.
Current price answer
As of August 20, 2026, the US Steam store lists SILENT HILL: Townfall Standard Edition at US$49.99 and Deluxe Edition at US$59.99. These are regional, dated prices rather than a promise of the same amount in every country.
Edition comparison
| Feature | Standard | Deluxe |
|---|---|---|
| Full game | Yes | Yes |
| Simon alternate outfit | No | Yes |
| Digital Artbook and Digital Soundtrack, delivered on PlayStation Store as the “Bonus Application” | No | Yes |
| 48-hour early access | No | Yes, with eligible pre-order |
| CRTV Rusted pre-order cosmetic | Yes | Yes |
| CRTV Beach Edition cosmetic | PS5 pre-order | PS5 pre-order |
The Beach Edition CRTV appearance is described as PlayStation 5 exclusive. Cosmetics change appearance; official material does not say they provide a gameplay advantage.
The Deluxe “Bonus Application”
The Deluxe contents are listed on the store as SILENT HILL: Townfall - Bonus Application plus Simon’s Outfit: Alternate. The official Deluxe Edition contents list states plainly that “the Digital Artbook and Digital Soundtrack are included in the SILENT HILL: Townfall - Bonus Application”, and adds that the contents cannot be downloaded from the application in a selected format.
So the Bonus Application is the delivery package for the Deluxe digital artbook and soundtrack, not an extra game, demo or playable mode. KONAMI’s edition announcement names the same two items, which is why the wording differs between the two sources.
Physical and digital availability
The standard edition has a physical PlayStation 5 release as well as digital store versions. The Deluxe Edition is digital. PC purchasing is through Steam or Epic Games Store, while the PlayStation Store provides the PS5 digital product.
Is there a Steelbook?
KONAMI’s June 3 European release announcement says selected EMEA retailers offer a SteelBook as an early pre-purchase physical item incentive with the physical Standard Edition. It is region- and retailer-limited, not a universal Standard or Deluxe inclusion.
Buying cautions
Prices, taxes, promotions and retailer bonuses can change. Check the exact region and platform before purchase. A Steam display date of September 23 may reflect time-zone conversion; KONAMI’s official standard release date is September 24.

Purchase checklist
Compare the base edition, included bonuses, storefront currency and refund terms separately. A retailer bonus is not automatically part of the game edition, and a regional price snapshot should not be presented as a global price.
FAQ
Is there a universal global price?
No. Store currency, taxes and regional offers can differ.
Are retailer bonuses guaranteed everywhere?
No. Confirm the retailer and region before purchase.
What is the Deluxe “Bonus Application”?
It is the Deluxe Edition’s bonus content item. The official store description states that the Digital Artbook and Digital Soundtrack are included in it and that the contents cannot be downloaded from the application in a selected format. It is not a separate game or demo.
