There is no announced public SILENT HILL: Townfall demo as of August 20, 2026. The official website and confirmed Steam, PlayStation Store and Epic Games Store pages offer wishlisting or pre-order options, not a public trial download.

This is a dated availability check. It does not mean KONAMI can never release a demo before or after launch.

Why hands-on reports do not prove a demo

PlayStation published a report based on about four hours with a preview build. That access was provided for media coverage. A controlled press build is not the same as software that any player can download from a public store.

Trailers labeled “gameplay demo” by uploaders may also mean a demonstration video. A video title does not create an official playable demo.

How to verify a future release safely

Use the KONAMI website or follow its links to the platform store. A real public demo should have a platform product page or download action tied to the verified publisher. Avoid unknown executable downloads, unofficial “leaks” and pages that ask for unrelated launchers or credentials.
